Long lines because they are so popular. However decent service times even for late night drive thru.

Love Cookout and their menu. Fresh, never frozen Burgers and the best sweet tea, that's always the exact amount of sweetness. Never been a huge fan of Hush Puppies until I had Cookout's, they are my favorite side.

Very disrespectful, unorganized, and rude. Yelling at me (the customer) after they rang my order up wrong. Never left the parking lot; immediately went back around to get it fixed… They took the food and my receipt back, then accused me of eating the food when I came RIGHT back around… Only fixed half the problem that was wrong with my food, but told me they were not giving me anything else THEN refused to even give my receipt back after they messed up my entire order.. yall definitely need new workers and some responsible managers because they handled that situation like some disrespectful hood rat fools. I got video proof and I will be calling corporate ASAP

Last time I used my debit card was here. Got my bank looking for fraudulent transactions after visiting this locations.

Great for colleges and high schoolers, prices are made for their pockets. Food is ok but good at the price. Typical fast food service. Many options to choose from in food and shakes.
