Chicken Salad Chick - Memphis

Kayla at the register was so helpful. She allowed me to test samples and was very knowledgeable. The options to choose from did get me a tad nervous all bc I had not been there but thank goodness for samples lol. It wasn't packed and the food was fresh. The dining room was interesting but clean. The chicken salad was actually not bad. It wasn't sweet which I hate but like I said you can sample.

Recently had an order messed up at this location. I wasn't very happy about this but when I called the store to report this issue, the staff (specifically someone named Parker) was very apologetic, helpful, and fully reconciled the issue. I love the food at chicken salad chick and I appreciate that the staff will go above and beyond to reconcile any issues brought to their attention.

I have been to many csc and always get the cranberry Kelly, I ordered it here and they barely had any cranberry or almonds in it. No flavor. I was disappointed and will not go back to this one.Food: 3/5

My mom and I make very good chicken salad. I would rate Chicken Salad Chick almost as good as our homemade. I was very impressed with the quality and flavor. I can't remember which one I got, but it was very good. Good atmosphere.

Do NOT work here! Poor management and it's ok for a manager to talk to you however the please and you aren't allowed to stand up for yourself. The black manager is racist and treats any employee that is lighter than her with complete disrespect and HR defends her. The pay is ridiculous and they over work you for the position you have.Edit: I had one assistant manager that was truly there for her employees and treated us right. She was a joy to work with and I respect her more than anything. As far as higher up management, they act as if the hard workers aren't anybody and treat us horribly. It's a sad day when someone won't stand up for what's right and then fire the ones that actually want to be there.
