This location, considered to be in Bartlett, usually has a clean lobby and restrooms. The staff seem polite and helpful, and the food is usually great. I have visited during a rush period and have seen the front counter get a little frazzled. I have gone out of my way to come to this Cpt D 's just because, they usually have a better atmosphere, promptness of service with hot, fresh food. View all feedback.

Well the food is good, but it is a shame when you order your food and you get a single tartar sauce for a fish dinner ask for malt vinegar and you get one pack, pretty cheap because I use one pack per fillet, and when you ask for more it doesn't happen cause it's already in there. The workers are always friendly. I think there would be more great reviews if the old customers had a computer. Eat is always fresh and keeps me back.
A so friendly guy on the car thru last night. even an hour before closing he was super polite and happy to help with food for the whole family. everything was made perfect and he was a very pleasant person. I wish I had got his name to tell his workers what a good work he did, but I was so hungry that I forgot!
Eat hot fresh. people are always friendly. it was an assistant who was so nice and worked to help. I live in millington and leave 2 captain d to go here. keep them hot and fresh.

Hadn't had Captsin Ds in a few years..stopped by a few days ago.. Food was hot the wait in the drive thru at lunch time was quick and customer service was on point..
