Starbucks - Melrose

I have been frequenting this restaurant in the mornings from 8-10am for the past few weeks. It is always clean and, despite being busy, never too crowded. The service is relatively quick, with only one instance where I had to wait more than a few minutes for my mobile order. Typically, my order is completed within the estimated time unless it is a complex custom order. I enjoy spending time here working, as the WiFi is strong and I appreciate that they have charging ports available.

I used to visit this restaurant often until I moved to another city. After 3 years, I returned and was surprised to see that the barista still remembered me. The experience at this restaurant is always excellent.

The restaurant provides a convenient computerized order board where you can easily locate your name after placing an order and check if your items are ready. This feature is especially useful during peak hours.

The staff at this restaurant, including Nod, Want, Kevin, Michelle, Nate, Maggie, Ele, and the manager Ja Liam, are all exceptional. They serve great coffee and are very charming. My order is always perfect. Having traveled around the world, this is one of my favorite places. I highly recommend it.

In the past few months, I have consistently enjoyed not only the delicious drinks that are served promptly, but also the personalized and helpful service from the staff. The team and management at this location deserve high praise for their friendly demeanor and ability to get even complex drink orders right, despite the bustling atmosphere. I have empathy for the staff as they work tirelessly to fulfill numerous orders, sometimes resulting in longer wait times. As a frequent visitor, I sincerely appreciate the hard work of the staff and manager. If they can find a way to improve efficiency during peak times, I would happily visit even more often.
