I am not sure where the owners are sourcing their chicken salt that gives them the right to charge $1.00 extra for it, but they, and us are being ripped off. $1.00 for salt is really expensive and I would buy a whole jar myself...at the supermarket. The chips were burnt and not work $6.60 for a large that would be considered a small in most places. Really disappointing please stop over charging people.

Came across the Williamstown outlet and noticed the signage stating that they were in the Top Ten of Burgers, as per Matt Preston 's list. Decided to give them a go and tried the New York . It is a double pattie and bun burger with special...sauce (similar to a Big Mac in design), however much nicer than the Macca 's offering. You need to be hungry to attempt this one, as it is quite filling and it will not disappoint any burger officianado 's out there.

As stated in title, 5/5 customer service and goes without saying the food matched it. They went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction, especially when a slight error on the part of delivery was made. Overall excellent service.

Looking for something a little different for dinner and with a slightly picky 16 year old boy burgers were a safe choice. This place is about a block up and a block over from the Rydges in Swanston St and I'm very glad we took...the walk. It's in a heritage building with classical decor. The burgers are amazing possibly my new benchmark. Everything about them was just cooked to perfection and no more. Nice chips with a very thin crispy coating. All the ingredients adding their own flavour and enhancing the overall taste. If you opt for the small chips then you get a free small drink and free sauce was also on offer.

New York Minute burgers are fantastic. They have just the right ratio of bun to the protein to salad. Definitely try their vego burgers! I had the Hudson Valley Vegan one and it was to die for beetroot definitely belongs on burgers!
