What Rich doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
I ordered three meals: a child's mini burger, a nacho appetizer, and the steak/chicken combo fajitas. Unfortunately, everything was burnt. The waitress was absent for over 20 minutes, making it difficult to address the issues. The service here was better than most restaurants in the Palm Bay area. The food was served quickly. It was well seasoned warm. Our server was very attentive. We're going back.
Waitress we had for lunch was very pleasant great attitude food was cooked exactly as we asked. Even though they were short-staffed, we were seated very promptly and food was served promptly...
Worst service I’ve had there. Our waitress was running the bar and our table. They forgot to put my order in. Did not refill my tea when glass was empty. Never came over to check on my order. I ended up canceling my order. They definitely need more help there. But my appetizer was good.
At the first attempt this site maya was a great server and helped us decide about a menu item. recommended!
The last two times I wrote a bad review. they did everything to give me an excellent meal at a reduced price. keep them the good work as I order in the regular twice a week.
