Much better than your average Chinese restaurant. Food was tasty and plentiful, service was friendly and attentive and the price for lunch was very reasonable. What's not to like? View all feedback.
What Walter Pidgeon doesn't like about Noble House:
Worst Govenor's Chicken ever-instead of being crispy was actually soggy! Flavor fair at best, veggies ok. Fried rice was like regular rice-almost white! Egg Rolls just fair. Sorry to report but was really bad-went on a Sunday maybe that's why? Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
The walnut shrimp was excellent. The fried rice was delicious and so were the spring rolls. The staff was friendly and considerate. They accommodated my friend who is gluten intolerant. We will be back next time we are in town.
Traveling on a business trip from Taiwan to the United States, I was delighted to find delicious Chinese cuisine. The chicken in the curry chicken hot pot was very tender, and the sauce paired perfectly with the rice. The service was also very attentive.
Love it here. Always greeted warmly and the food is great.

The best Chinese in Hudson. The owner is so welcoming and the food is delicious.
