Looked up Regina's and saw they had great reviews and was highly recommended, and it did not disappoint! Pizza had fresh toppings and the crust was crispy on the outside and soft of the inside! We got the Spinach dip and the antipasti for apps, both were delicious! Great pizza, great experience.

To me, it’s the kind of restaurant to eat every time I plan to eat out. Highly recommend it.

Calamari came out a few minutes later. It was another 40 minutes for the pizza (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5)! The hostess apologized several times. When I got home, the calamari was cold, as could be expected, but the pizza was still warm. Regina Pizza is known for cooking their pizzas well done, so if you don't like it that way, make sure to tell them. Other than the cold calamari, the food was good. The pizza was big enough to serve as supper that night and lunch for the next couple of days for me and my wife. The place has dine in service and there were a lot of people there, but it was by no means full. There was a brisk take out business. Parking was easy enough.

This review specifically focuses on their cheese pizza, which is outstanding! Unfortunately, the rest of the menu falls short. The pasta is too watery and lacks flavor. The vegetable pizza is just a poor combination of thick, unwashed vegetables on dough. And the grilled chicken? It looks completely white – definitely not grilled! For vegetarians, the options aren’t very appetizing. If you have dietary restrictions, I did notice some gluten-free vegetarian choices. As for parking, you’ll need to be patient. Kids under 12 eat free on Tuesdays (just double-check for any conditions). In terms of accessibility, the restaurant doesn't seem to cater well to those using wheelchairs; the doors lack buttons for easier access, and the aisles aren’t wide enough for comfortable navigation. However, I believe they would help accommodate anyone in need, and I’m sure other customers would step in too!

The Caesar salad was excellent, and the pizza is undoubtedly the best in the entire Somerville/Medford area. It always has just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely, too.
