Mcdonald's - Medford

Starting from the naked bones, the interior is very clean. Many comfortable seating with a modern decor. The staff was great, I came in a big group, but the food came to a reasonable time. If the line is too long, a user-friendly computer is available to place your order.

The customer service here is outstanding. The staff is consistently warm and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us not once, but twice, with our home competitions! We needed three smiling McDonald's employees for a picture, and they gladly helped us out, even guiding us through a ride for another photo opportunity. Plus, the food is always fantastic. Thank you for your continued support and kindness!

I travel frequently, and when I'm in a rush or unsure about local restaurants, I often stop by McDonald's. One thing you can always count on with McDonald's is consistency, no matter where you are. You know exactly what to expect. The only variables tend to be the quality of service and cleanliness. I ordered an iced tea with lemon, and I appreciate that McDonald's now offers fresh lemons for iced tea and coffee. No complaints here!

The new staff is fast and friendly. I really appreciate the excellent coffee and hash browns I had this morning!
