Elmer's (medford, Or)

Fantastic breakfast. I would highly recommend the stuffed Hasch Browns meal... It has everything and is so good with her strips of potato hash brown. The atmosphere is nice and high quality staff. This is the restaurant you visit several times in a trip because everything is so good!

The cinnamon pancakes were the best pancakes I ever had. As someone with a sweet tooth, these are the first pancakes I've ever had that don't need syrup. Just ridiculously good. Great service!

Local breakfast café near Medford Airport. We came here when it wasn't busy and we sat right away. The staff was great and pleasant. They have their famous German cake, which reminds me of funnel cake, but its thinner dough. Anyway, it was a good attempt. We order other articles like Crab omelet and that was excellent. I also tried her club sandwich and it was good. Love support local.

Elmer's is a nice diner with a German twist. They know how to cook an egg that is always nice to see her omelet in French style and even prepare what was surprising. Their hash browns are made in the house and the potato pancakes were absolutely stunning.

I was quite surprised by the breakfast that I had ordered. The Cinnamon Pancakes were definitely worth it. The hospitality was fantastic, the food was indescribably delicious, the prices were affordable. But most of all. I will be returning the next time I'm in that city, and perhaps you should too !!!
