Wow. I was surprised with how good the food was. I got chicken bowls to go for myself and family. The food was delicious and filling. The person taking the order was great. I picked up the food and the service was great. Recently at OTHER restaurants we had issues. Get home and the order is wrong or items missing. NOT HERE JUST GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE. What Samantha J doesn't like about Applebee's Neighborhood Grill:
All my orders I got were missing items. Each dinner was missing part of it. Dasher drivers and workers need to make sure they have the entire order correctly. I am tired of spending $100 or more and not getting everything I pay for. Customer service has sure gone down hill. View all feedback.

Four cheese Mac and cheese with the chicken was our favorite. The chicken was still nice and crunchy when it arrived. Everything was perfect!
Pizza was cold. wings were not made as advertised. pasta had no cheese or bacon as ordered. restaurant forgot cookies.
