While some reviewers were disappointed with the cleanliness and service, others had a surprisingly positive experience. Issues such as incorrect orders, outdated tea, and unprofessional employees were mentioned, but there were also mentions of friendly managers who went above and beyond to make things right. Overall, it seemed that consistency was a major factor in determining satisfaction, with some customers praising the freshness of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant, while others were let down by the lack of respect and professionalism from the staff.
This place was left out with 3 older women on a Sunday night after the car show and rutger's gold team was there too. we had to wait until the brew min, but the food and the service was absolutely great. I just want to give the old women a huge scream, and there was the daughter bc eating and the pommes fresh as possible. also the manager left some hours early and did not stay and helped. who does that? I'm going through a statement. Come on.
It's mcdonalds not much to say. they are kind. that food came out quickly and it was normal almost food. but I needed to eat quickly. they delivered my expectations
I ordered a speck mcdouble. there was no speck. When I broke it in to get corrected, the sandwich guy called the girl who asked for a new one. Sandwich type was loud and very rude. the manager didn't correct him. great!
I went for a fast snack (I also had to use the toilet room that was very clean) and was helped by the manager. he was very friendly and got me some fresh hot French fries. the restaurant was super clean.
The absolute worst experience. Ordered on the kiosk and waited exactly 30 minutes to get food along with many other customers. Staff ignored customers attempts to ask questions and when putting the food up to get picked up displayed annoyed attitudes.
