I like to go there when this one lady is working. I'm sorry I do not know her name but she works the register a lot and is very nice and helpful. She'll bring you your food when it's ready, helps me make decisions when I don't know and is always very professional and courteous. She makes going there a reason to keep coming back. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The bathroom was filthy and the young employee was rude when discussing my car parked nearby, where he likely learned how to make a burger. The service used to be very quick, but now it is slow and inefficient. View all feedback.
Obviously they have to withdraw their workers completely because they do not know how to adopt a simple order! customer service went completely down to the hill
I will never return to this place more than likely. I had problems years ago and decided to give them another chance. To this day everything was in order. I'm just about a disease, but finally in a position to eat again. I went to the city with my mask and expected me to drivethru. around 10 o'clock the drivethru was blocked with a delivery car. If I knew that if I waited for him, I could miss the breakfast, I decided to go in. I sanitated and wore my mask. well wait there for 2 minutes to be recognized. remember that the dining room is empty and there is a truck in the drivethru so that I am the only customer. At some point, I could see the whole time I noticed. she sends someone by (note that I am getting sick. I have no vote. she cried about me instead of hearing me. that didn't bother me so much. what really triggered me was when I wanted to drink my fountain and the machine looked like she hadn't been cleaned in days. if something in the simple website is this dirty I can only imagine how parts of the load we do not look. I have my food. felt as if it'd been forever thinking that the pommes were cold and soggy. when I go to go exciting, I know that she feels parking that she's going through an ice bucket. I never have a reception to make a question, and I tried to email and call it the customer service number online without luck. I usually do not leave bad reviews, but honestly, this was the last step before getting into the health department.
Right up there with my 10 best meals. super expensive for what they get. soda tasted like half koks and half root beer. fries are definitiw not better than mcdonald’s and the burger was thin, soggy without salate, etc. I have the most with my dog who is no longer talking to me.
Our food was cold, but the cleanliness was amazing compared to other times we have been there

It's employees like her that remind me that some people still care, in a world we're most kids won't even hold a door for someone and have no idea what common courtesy is, she's like a giant ray of sunshine.
