Best ribs we have had in a long time: excellent rub and bark; moist meat and good sauce (mild was a favorite); friendly service to boot. So grateful to the staff at Rock Island State Park for the recommendation!
The best BBQ I?ve had in Middle Tennessee, hands down! Absolutely amazing flavor, and quality!! When passing through McMinnville this is an absolute must stop. Adding it to my routine. Pulled pork sandwich, fries, corn bread and chocolate pie!!! The best! And cheap!
