Absolutely love this place and the people and owners! They have a little hidden gem here in the country. We came in town for the rodeo. Went with the stock contractors, announcer and committee people. Had excellent food (Ribeye Dinner) in a great place! Live music, bars, dancing and fun! What Mike The Pole Barn Guru doesn't like about Silver Prairie:
Drove an hour to get here (last 8 miles on a dirt road) because a friend said they had the best steaks in the world. My 14 ounce ribeye had at least 2-3 ounces of fat that should have been trimmed off. Ordered well done, received medium. My wife ordered the shrimp, could hardly find them due to all of the breading. Had a fantastic lunch today at the Silver Praire. Great food and friendly staff made our excursion most memorable!

It was fun and friendly! BONUS The food was amazing...we had the prime rib and it was tender and smokey! YUM!!
