Wendy's - McKinney

I have visited this restaurant about 10 times over the past few months. The food is consistently hot and the fries and nuggets are always crispy. This is the best Wendy's I have ever been to.

The restaurant has great service with understanding employees who are laid-back with fast food fans. PS: Ethan deserves a raise.

The new look at this Wendy's is fantastic, complete with seating that has USB plugs, a mock fireplace, and a casual relaxing area. The food is delicious and the service is consistently friendly.

I usually don't write reviews for fast food places because in these times, almost all have terrible customer service but this particular Wendy's yesterday proved me wrong that not all fast food restaurants are bad when it comes to customer service. There were 2 young gentlemen at the drive through on 7 20 21 around 4:30 5:00 PM (I wish I got their names) that were very friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to help with a special burger order. Kudos to these two and the owner of the store should definitely compensate them for their real work ethic value.

Was a terrible experience. I ordered what I wanted, but I was told what I'm gonna get. She pressed her special 4 for $5.00 that's not what I wanted.
