Popped in tonight around 7:20ish and had a great experience! Cashier was very friendly. Food came out pretty quickly. I see a few comments about it being cold and I can?t help but wonder if you got it to go? I did (to be fair I live very close) and it was still plenty warm when we ate! Will definitely return! I stopped at this Arby?s on my way home from work to get dinner for my family. When I got home (20 mins away) I noticed a few things missing. I called the restaurant and talked to the GM Mike. He was very apologetic for the issue and made sure we?d be taken care of. I was very appreciative of this and will definitely be back.
I want to start by saying that I am a lifelong Arby 's fan. I long for the glory days of the 5 for $5. Unfortunately though, it has been years since I 've had a good experience at ANY of the Arby 's that I 've visited around the metroplex or beyond. Dine in or drive-thru, it seemed like any time I went I 'd be somehow let down no matter what. But no longer! I had an excellent experience dining inside of this Arby 's with my family. We stopped on a whim for dinner during ourdrive home Labor Day evening and I am so glad that we did. We were greeted instantly and genuinely upon entry. The establishment was sparkling clean. The sauce dispensers were full. Our order was 100% correct and the roast beef on mysandwich was, no joke, piping hot (like I wish that I had recorded the steam coming off of it). The curly fries were crisp and the cheddar was plentiful. My children even enjoyed the toys that came along with their meal! Best of all, theemployees didn 't seem depressed to be there. The woman who was taking drive-thru orders and appeared to be in charge was especially personable (I wish that I had gotten her name). This Arby 's has given me hope for the future. There cantruly exist a world where the Beef 'N Cheddars of today are just as succulent as those of my memories. Can 't wait to come back!
