This Arby's on Mentor Ave was quiet around 11:15 as my mom and I went in for an early lunch while waiting on a car repair. The staff was very friendly. Our Market Fresh sandwiches were great, looked just like the commercials! We shared the chicken salad and turkey bacon ranch sandwiches. My absolute favorite Arby's. Always clean and friendly. The food is always good. There are other Arby's closer to my house, I always go to this one! I recommend an old menu item that is no longer on the menu, but they still make it, the Arby's Super. Best sandwich
Been a long time since I had Arby's, I am still mad that they eliminated the potato cakes, but their 4 for $10 deal made up some of the anguish and suffering.
People are friendly and kind and always make sure the order is right. If not they make it right!
