I am very grateful for Domino's. They are currently having a sale and we were really hungry. Some of the food we receive from food banks we can't cook at home because we lack the proper facilities. I am not ungrateful for the food from other places, but I truly appreciate Domino's and am very thankful for them. View all feedback.
What Dean Moore doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
If the restaurant's phone lines are busy, the caller will receive a disconnected phone message. I had to go in person once to order, and they had to remake one of my pizzas. The staff was polite and apologetic, and the pizzas were of great quality. However, they need to improve their service during busy nights to meet expectations and keep up with demand. Confirmed with the manager that my “slice the price card” was for all my pizzas before I placed my order. They quoted me and said that the discount would apply when I picked up my pizza. When they checked me out, nobody was wearing a mask and they only took $15 off a $90 bill. The discount was for BOGO pizza. I asked the manager multiple times for an itemized receipt and he refused to provide one or provide the discounts.
The service was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and the service was even faster.
