There were several mistakes during our visit. I requested multiple creamy sauces but only received two, which led to a very long wait for the rest. The line was excessively long; I waited for 20 minutes even though the place wasn't that crowded. To top it off, when we got home, we discovered that my son’s fries were missing. Multiple mistakes!! I asked for several creamy salsas got only 2 had to get the rest. forever. The line also took forever and was in line for 20 minutes it was not even so full. Also, we come home my sons lack Pommes, he was as disappointed as you can forget a children's Pommes?
Boooooooo! Bad review on your way. I mean, many people swear here. The order was wrong. I didn't order tomatoes that can be simply excluded, but no spices? No salt. I don't care about the sauce included in the bag, so...peace!!! Food: 1/5
Lately they've been messing up all the orders i place on curbside whenever we go. And its been a few weeks of this happening. They either forget items or give us the wrong food. They aren't rude about it if its pointed out but its happening too often now. Even when it seems the location is slow the orders are messed up.
Food was good but the time in which it took to get ur food was longer than normal. We ordered a shake and when the shake was brought to the table the person took our table marker and that made it difficult to find our table. My son had to chase the person with our food down and show the receipt so that we could get our food. Seems they are concentrating more on getting curbside orders out. The employees who were taking out curbside ordered were also the ones taking out the dine in orders. They need to have employees specifically for dine in so there won't be a delay and food will be delivered fresh.
