Star Diner - Maumee

The place was super busy and they kept up great. 2 of us ordered waffles, 2 ordered eggs and toast and 1 ordered the chorizo burrito. The burrito was good and quite big. Didn't care for the cheese sauce on top, but besides that it was good. The chorizo and refried beans went well together. The waffles were big, and the kids enjoyed them. The eggs were ordered over easy and cooked perfectly. Overall it was a good experience and would go back again!

We recently stopped here while on vacation. The food is amazing the staff is wonderful. The reason for the lower rating was that I can’t understand why the uniform for the waitresses was booty shorts and very very very short skirts. While I am not opposed to that it just seemed incredibly unnecessary for such a nice place. The place was packed with families and if i worked there I would feel weird having my butt hang out at 8am on a Saturday morning. It adds nothing to the experience. The food and service are great enough as is.

The Eggs Benedict is always good but didn't appreciate digging out the egg shells yesterday.

We had breakfast here on 5/29/24. Everything was delicious. The portions are awesome for the price. We will definitely be back.

I keep giving them chances to get my to go orders correct. I will say the past 3 to go orders have been missing something. I love the food, but when you ask for a specific item such as cheese on the eggs and you don't get it. It's frustrating because they want to do nothing about it to make it correct. No, apologizing for the error, could I offer to give you a credit or maybe next visit $5 off the bill.You can eat in and everything will be good.
