Little Caesars Pizza - Mauldin

This was my worst experience at a little caesars period!! The person who prepared my food poured my sausage into his ungloved hand and put on my pizza! The reason my pizza had to be cooked fresh is because the girl who rang me up opened the pizza she was gonna sell me and asked me if it looked old!! What in the world!! I am appalled that little Ceasars has allowed this to stay open like this

This is the second time I pick up my order and when I start eating it it's cold. And I'm only 10 minutes from your store. I don't recommend it at all. And I won't go there anymore. THEY DO NOT SERVE!!!!!

I ordered an extra-most-bestest pepperoni and waited. When I opened the box, it was clear that they had just reheated an old one that had been made previously. The cheese had been remelted and a little burnt over where it had been previously cut.

Customer service was horrible and after speaking with the manager I can see why.

You must have patients dealing with this store. No one ever answers the phone, then sometimes you can pick up your order in store other time the door is locked and drive thru has a line in the road. I’ve been buying my pizzas from them once a week for years. Sometimes the customer service is excellent and the next week it’s not. It’s the lack of consistency for me and the food is messed up sometimes too. I love the pizza but hate the service.
