Ihop - Matthews

Here for dinner. The place was busy, but not packed. Service was decent, but a little slow when refilling the beverage glass but still very friendly. We ordered breakfast and it came out quickly. Everything was cooked and made right. The food was really good. The Hash Browns crispy and was not greasy like some other places. A decent place for a good meal. I miss the high roof building.

You just recently opened for dinner. The staff was a little slow, but extra friendly, so we don't mind. The food was really delicious. Our children ordered Minion pancakes, my husband got the T-Bone Steak eggs and I got a Bacon cheeseburger. No bacon on it, but honestly, it was full of taste, so I didn't miss it. We appreciate the attention Patrick gave us so that we will definitely return.

This is our second time to eat here! We really love this place. Excellent customer service of the hostess! The food is exceptional! And our server Danielle I hope I wrote it right, we had it twice, it is fast, attentive, never missed anything from our order! Very polite! We definitely come back to this place!

The service has drastically declined since the epidemic. The staff is short, waiting times long and service if any defects. My 3 star review is on food not coming from piping hot. I don't want to send food back to be reheated, but last time I was at this ihop site, I had to do it several times. The invoice was also incompatible. In addition 2 Turkey links to a children's meal 2 weeks ago and it was a fee of .99 cents. Tonight the charges were $2.39. Menu has also changed....

Short staff, but it has not taken away from the amenities of the food, cleanliness of the facility and the host and waitress were very charming.
