Starbucks - Matteson

This situation always looks busy no matter when the day is. If I want to stop, I usually plan additional time due to the order volume they handle. I've never had a wrong order. Today I was so impressed by the teamworks I saw behind the counter, mixed with the Starbucks app-Glitch situation that they have resolved, I had to stop and share because I highly recommend the excellent customer service of the staff at these site displays. The app took my order and money, but never printed a ticket for the Barista so while I waited over 20mins, as well as all Baristas welcomed every guest, treated the constant flow of traffic, and all with a smile on their face. They were fast to solve the problem and I was very happy with the service I received. After all, everything looked very clean and organized.

Got a tea and they put maple in my tea as a joke I guess cause they couldn’t find my drink at first went to another Starbucks and they confirmed it was something in my drink that wasn’t suppose to will never go to this location again Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
