The meat is not in the shape of a hamburger, so it can be a bit difficult to eat, but the taste is very delicious. You can choose your sauce, depending on your preference. Many customers come here for a "shime burger" after a drinking party. It's quite filling, so it's best to come early to enjoy it. They also serve local craft beer, so it might be a good place to take customers from out of town.
