We visited the weekend of the festival and had reservations for 9pm. Table was nice but not ideal and they kindly moved us when a prime location became available!! A male staff member told us that the restaurant was open in the evening at 19:00. As we had to leave Matera the next morning very early we choose to have an early dinner. At arrival around 19:00 the door was open and we went inside, it was raining!
