We're always ordering at the terminal, so we can be comfortable taking what we want. The waiting in the box is always very short and when opening the boxes of the burgers we find that they are always conscientiously elaborated and not with salad everywhere, dried cheese on the packaging. It will really have to review the team of the macdo massy pileu because waiting yesterday 1h for three menu is very serious especially the end of the order and cold, the people in the kitchen took a lot of their time, and the nan preparator let’s not talk it was worse it made the cbs and internet orders before the species, review your team it becomes urgent or at least move them a little more especially than it did.
It's a shame we can't put zero stars because this macdo really deserves it! 25 minutes to wait for the drive tonight at 6:30 to leave without anything. 10 minutes waiting at the drive terminal without anyone taking my order. So I'm going to the front desk where we're supposed to pay. There, too, I find the door closed. I'm waiting again for 10 minutes while seeing the staff in the distance chat and laugh at the changing rooms. 4 people! Everyone saw me and looked, no one bothered to say hello or ask me to wait!!! Bravo the customer service! But it's not over! Still wanting to order my evening meal and having not been successful for 20 minutes, I go to the second and last window, the one where we normally get our order. There, always nobody but I see away from the employees who serve the customers at the counter inside the shop. Likewise, I wait (5 minutes. Always without great success! 3 collabotors saw me but apparently the drive was not their priority! So I left at the end of 25 minutes waiting without ordering or even having a hello!!! Bravo the customer service at macdo du pileu !!! I live 2 minutes by car and am a regular customer but it's the last time I put my feet there!!! Inadmissible!!! Is this a common practice at macdo to neglige the drive? Is that a management request? Is that a staff negligence? One hour later, I call that same macdo to share my discontent with a manager. He answers me when he can't explain this situation and apologizes to me (the minimum... to end up hanging on my nose! Of course, I fell in the middle of the service and only bothered him!!!! Whatever it is, it is simply unacceptable and this "restaurant" is not worthy to bear the name of Macdonalds with a customer satisfaction that is likely not a priority neither for employees nor for management!!!!!
