Bugsy's Italian Cuisine - Massillon

The bread and food was delicious. The lettuce in the salads was brown. Service was slow even though they were not that busy. Our server didn't seem all that interested in doing their job. Four stars!

The food was alright; the lobster mac and cheese was delicious and they had a good wine selection. What hurt the experience for us is that we came in and sat for 10 minutes until a server finally visited our table. Prior to that, three servers walked past and just… stared at us. Maybe they didn’t have a server assigned to our table? We had to wave one of them down in order to receive service. We haven’t been back since.

The food was not too bad other than the tomatoe sauce that was very good. I had the veal parm with a semi tasteless herb and butter sauce?? The veal was fine other than being a little hard. My wife's chicken parm was much better. The service is friendly but they move so fast you have to stop them as soon as then drop something off. It was not busy at the time for being in such a rush. Still I would go again to give them another chance.

This place is a juwel. great wein and on tap beer selection. eating was amazingly expensive and perfectly costed. we had artichokes and filled mushrooms for appetizers. lobster ravioli and steak for meals. the steak was perfectly cooked and eating so well seasoned. we're safe back.

We ate at your restaurant on Sunday March 27th, 2022 and from start to finish, this was a great dining experience! Server was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and he neither rushed us nor was ever inattentive to our needs. The salad and bread fresh and delicious. We had the snapper and mahi-mahi with vegetables and mushroom orzo and could not have been more pleased with the taste and preparation. Superb sauces and appearance picture worthy. I’ve had eaten here before in the past and was not impressed but this meal made me a fan. I will be back!
