I love this place but I definitely will not order delivery from them again. They made my dasher wait in line like he was ordering and kept telling him he had to wait behind the line of people ordering then made him wait over 30 min for the order. My order arrived 40 min late. The order was confirmed at 7:48 and it was only a 30 min wait time at that point. My chocolate shake is chocolate milk and my food is cold. View all feedback.

I usually LOVE Krisch's. For some reason last night the whipped cream was awful, with a very grainy and artificial flavor and texture and the cake batter ice cream also had an unusual texture. Probably was just an off night View all feedback.

The whipped cream tastes like butter, used to be good but either they changed something or they're leaving it in the mixer too long
Incredible ice cream shop and I've ordered more than once and always packed well and still nice and frozen when delivered!

Your ice cream is insanely good! Worth every penny!!!!
