I went through the drive thru at the Maryville location tonight to see 3 people busting their butts to make our experience wonderful. Even though they were short staffed they kept a great attitude about them. Our burgers were fresh and presentable.Thank you to the Maryville staff for your hospitality! View all feedback.
What Diana Walker doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Drive-thru Wait: Asked to park in front designated area. 15 minutes later, had to go inside and ask for my order. It appeared they had lost it because they had to use my receipt. Food: Chicken Strip Basket w gravy. Chicken alright, gravy was theconsistency of water and tasted like wet flour. View all feedback.

Emily Hillman did a great job on my milkshake. Now my milkshake brings all to the yard. And I?m like mine is better then yours. Emily can tech me but she said she has to charge.

This location has the most unfriendly staff. When you go to the counter they do not say a word, no greeting, no what can I get you. I went inside to place order and immediately the young man CJ had a chip on his shoulder but I continued with my order. AsI waited for my food I realized ticket was wrong. So, I advised CJ and after another family ordered he proceeded to fix my orderwith another young man. They were completely incompetent and kept asking the same things over and over. I thought I was in atwilight zone. They kept looking at each other as if I was bothering them. I finally gave up and left because apparently it'sdifficult to listen to a customer. This isn't the first time I experienced workers at this location acting as if they arebothered by their customers but it was certainly the worst experience. They need to train their staff how to properly do theirjob. And it was not a staffing issue, simply a not caring about their job issue.
It 's become a weekly ritual for a little while now for my daughter 's and I to go to DQ every Tuesday in the late morning. I order through the mobile app after sports practice, and it is almost always ready when we arrive (within 5 min of the etagiven). The few times it hasn 't been ready, the wait is (almost always) reasonable. We have been late a few times, and the foodwas still hot and tasted fresh, and the ice cream items were not melted at all, or conversely too frozen- they still had thesoftness of DQ ice cream. It seems they have had some management changes on the early shift, as well as regular staffchanges/additions- which are working out extremely well for this location. They are always positive, polite, and pleasant witheach interaction. The line seems to move incredibly fast even when there is a large influx of customers at the same time. I pickup the mobile order through the drive thru, and once I make it to the speaker in line to let them know I 've arrived, they arevery good at my order to me to keep the line moving. Whether it 's by having 1-2 customers pull forward, or walking it out to me,they are always mindful of mobile/online orders in the drive thru and their impact on the line and wait for other customers.Lastly, I am unsure if Corey S. still works at this location/DQ, but he has always been extremely awesome all around. He ispersonable, polite, and genuine.
