What John Baldwin doesn't like about Serra's Pizzeria:
After placing an online order that was supposed to be ready between 5:44 and 6:04 I was told when I arrived at the restaurant that my order was behind and order of 20 pizzas. I was told it would be an additional 15 20 minutes which turned into an additional hour. The pizza's were not up to par, the crust was not done enough and the toasted ravioli tasted like it was from a box of frozen toasted ravioli. So much for t... View all feedback.
We will not be back. I’ve been here several times for carry out but I won’t come back for dine in or carry out after tonight’s experience. We were told when we got there that it would take a hour for pizzas. This was at 6:30pm. This is fine. We ordered the pizza right away.Ordered appetizers about 10 minutes after sitting down. Appetizers came about 30 minutes after being there. They did have a big party that looked like it was the owners family. They were being catered to. The dining in customers on the other sides were not. There were multiple tables complaining about how long they were waiting. Some that even left before us.2 hours was our max. Still no pizza. We paid for our appetizers and left. I don’t feel I should have had to pay for this based on overall customer service. It was horrible. It’s one thing to tell paying customers 1 hour but for it to be double that time and we had 3 kids with us that were hungry.I will not give a penny to this business again and I’m all for small, locally owned businesses.

Even overheard wait staff telling sit down customers of the long wait prior to them placing orders.
Every time I order a pizza for pickup through the slice app, I show up at the confirmed time, and Serra 's tells me it will be another 25 minutes. They always use the same excuse, We just got an order of about 20 pizzas . Nice enough folks, decent food, but not worth it anymore.
One of the best pizza restaurants in the St. Louis area.
Short staffed and still put on a great dinner! Thank you!
