Hunan Palace - Martin

Great Chinese food! Went here for the first time looking for a buffet, but they didn't have one. We decided to try it anyway and was quite impressed! The food tasted very fresh and came out hot!

You can learn a lot about a business when you aren't happy with your order. Rather than detail why I was unhappy, I will say this business truly cares about making it right when something goes wrong. That matters a lot to me. So, thank you Hunan Palace for caring about your customers!

This was such a disappointment. There were ROACHES crawling around in the restaurant. I tried to politely pull my server to the side and make her aware of this but instead she wanted to show me the invoice for their pest service saying they don't have bugs. Why would I bring it to your attention, if I didn't see one ma'am Also the menu prices are inaccurate so be prepared to pay more than what the menu reads. Again such a disappointment.

We love eating here. We always get great service and friendly as ever with the kids. Couldn't ask for a better place.

The staff are attentive and competent, I was here with my friend and felt null judgement, the staff are friendly. that was amazing, we had hunan chicken and honey-him. divine.
