The setting, reception, service and of course the kitchen are remarkable. A real one without fault. exceptional.

Two visits to this sublime establishment. in both cases a gustative journey beyond our usual and inventive experiences and detonating meeting/win agreements. The renovation is very successful. our evening experience was the best. In the day we were surprised by the incessant broom of guests of the hotel (sometimes in bathrobe or bathing suit) who pass and meals behind the glass bay of the restaurant without failing to deny often what happens inside. a certain detail but the frame, charm, delicate attentions of all staff and the general atmosphere of refinement that is sought and obtained may not be that.
