Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Marrero

So. there is a long waiting time in the car thru. They didn't have everything I ordered and that was disappointing, but what they did was good.

Just left this place and while waiting for my food they came and asked what I was waiting for i am very mad have had bad experiences in the past not a good place always cold food. Placed order on app so I wouldn’t have to wait long and still waited over 20 minutes for my food. This is pathetic to be treated like this. I will not be going back to this place again!

I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and they claimed to have NO CHICKEN, while I stared at trays of chicken along with sides and everything needed to make a meal

I've never been able to order from this Popeye's. I've tried multiple times and if I'm not stuck in a line that hasn't moved a single car in 10-15 mins (and that's only what I waited around to count), they've also given the excuse that they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN !! How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken?!? This place is a complete waste of existence. It's right by my house and I go out of my way to go to ones 2-3 times as far and I still get home with my food faster than having gone to this one! Y'all are pathetic and that's why you'll only ever work in fast food.

The worst Popeyes restaurant is this one on westbank the costumer service is really bad and they never have what you want!!! They need to replace the entire staff or closer this location because is really bad
