Was User at Thai Tables a mag?
Arguably the most established and famous restaurant in Bayswater. Thai tables have been around for many years starting out as a small place with few tables to eventually buying blocks next door and behind making the current layout huge. Menu has good variety of standard Thai dishes, nothing special or outstanding but they are cooked beautifully and taste delicious. Recommend getting the banquet set meals as they allo... What User dislikes about Thai Tables:
We rang quite late to make a booking on a Saturday night. We were seated in a little alcove beside the door, away from other diners. Every time the door opened we got a cold blast of air. We sat with our coats on throughout...More View all feedback.

So a hidden gem in the opposite! we decided to stop by and try to take her with which was amazing! portions were quite generous and simply delicious. the staff was very friendly and we decided that we had to eat again next time. her restaurant has a cozy, spacious and clean. so beautiful atmosphere that invites them to come back. Reservations are refunded when they stay for dinner, but take away is always a good option. thai tables has certainly won new loyal customers in our family.
Best Thai I've ever tried. Consistantly delicious for the past 10 years and great value for money.

Dined for dinner with friends. We enjoyed fish cakes, penang beef curry, stir fried ginger chicken, pad thai chicken, rice roti. All the food was tasty. Service friendly.
Food is always nice here however the service on this visit was not great. Waited longer than normal for each course and waiting staff inattentive. For a Wednesay night it was quite busy and they may be short staffed.
A lovely place for dinner. Especially the red duck curry was very nice and highly recommended for a good dish.
This is another excellent Thai restaurant in the outer east. As odd as this will sound the *only* criticism I had was the serving sizes were too big. It just didn’t sit well with me. Apart from that there was nothing wrong with the food quality and taste, all 10/10. Service was prompt and the staff very friendly. Prices were good as well. Parking was a bit if an issue for me though and ended up parking on the other side of the Mountain Highway. (Bayswater station side) All in all I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
Fresh and tasty food. Good service. Not waiting for ever. I have been here before it was popular and I still come back

Dining in at this restaurant offers dinner options with a price range of A$40–60 per person. Highly recommended dishes include the PUD Thai, Satay Sauce, and Chicken Pad Thai.

Excellent Thai food. Consistently delicious taste, generous servings, and good customer service. I highly recommend this place.
Wow, what an amazing restaurant. Came here a few weeks ago for a friend’s birthday dinner and what can I say, yum yum yum!! We had the staple pad Thai seafood which for me always determines whether a Thai restaurant is good, and they passed with flying colours! We also had a masiman chicken and a beef with vegetables with coconut rice. Will be back to try their other dishes! Also well done accommodating for two little monkeys which aren’t always well behaved at the best of times!
My friends and I had a great Tuesday evening at Thai Tables; the service was so friendly and efficient without being invasive. The mains we ordered were delicious; the coconut rice was some of the nicest I have had.<br/ <br/ I was especially excited that they served traditional banana dumplings and we ordered some alongside coconut ice cream with sticky rice for dessert. The desserts were my favourite part of the evening; I don’t know how that dumpling is made but damn I will be back for more Cheers guys!
Hands down the BEST Thai food in Melbourne! Authentic food, great service and reasonable prices. This place is always busy, so make sure you book in advance.
Quite possibly one of the best Thai restaurants in Melbourne! Food is always of a high standard and I have never been disappointed here! Pad Satay Stir Fry is my all time favourite! All of the curries are great and never disappoint with fresh ingredients and wonderfully presented! Will continue to visit this restaurant!!
