Burger King - MARMORA

This is a delectable place to dine. Incredible hospitality on the night of 4/20/24. We were met with the upmost respect from the gentleman taking our order. thank you

I work right down the street from here so I come to this Burger king more then i'd like to admit whether it's for a meal or even just a drink. I had asked for a honey mustard zesty sauce like I always do(usually the girl throws it in my bag because she knows I always ask for it- but it was someone else no problem) I get my receipt back and instead of my order being 8.95 like it was stated at the speaker I was charged 9.48. I got the lady's attention and told her I would of said never mind and changed my mind on the sauce if I knew i'd be charged. She's repeatedly cutting me off as I'm trying to explain she should announce the NEW total before charging anyone's card. She's becoming frustrated with me saying they have always charged for sauce this is no different and I'm confused because her and the rest of the staff has always given me sauce free of charge. She tries to hand me back change after I used a debit card but I needed the on my debit card so after back and forth with her she finally takes my debit card back and refunds it back to the original price then proceeds to tell me to keep the sauce as I'm handing it back to her. I wouldn't really mind paying for the sauce if I was aware there would of been an upcharge. But never in the entire 6 years of me working down the street and going to this burger king have I been charged for sauce, I think it's ridiculous. If you're going too change the total, it needs to be made clear before letting a patron purchase it. Very unprofessional response for making me explain myself over over.

Apparently, only adults are allowed to eat there.... Even though there is a bike rack outside, children and teens are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult..... and the quick post after I called when they kicked my kid out that LOVES burger king and LOVES his new independence of riding his bike to get food, was denied.... when I called for the manager and asked.... I was told there was a BURGER KING CERTIFIED posting on the door..... I told her I was going to look, it is not even proper grammar, let alone legal....

I don't really go to Burger King that often, but I wanted to try the ghost pepper whopper. It was really good and actually pretty spicy. Also got fries and the chicken fries which I hadn't had in a long time. Ordered through the app and picked up at the drive through window. Friendly service and stuff, nice Burger King.

Actually terrible. All i ordered was a coke and french fries and had to wait 30 mins for flat soda
