What User doesn't like about Franco's Family:
The basic foods had the club and panini. The service was attentive. However, there was an interaction between management and an employee in the dining area that made the experience unpleasant. View all feedback.
My family just had an awesome experience at Franco’s Marlton — we hosted our annual extended family luncheon here, and I have to say, it is some of the most authentic Italian food in the area by far. The quality of the food was top notch, the service was great, and the staff was very accommodating to make it a memorable event. I look forward to becoming a regular here. A big thank you to the Franco’s Marlton team!
I went to Franco’s restaurant and I experienced the Italian style cooking. I was very impressed, I tried the Sicilian dishes they make. The flavor took me back home to Sicily. The pasta was cooked to perfection. I chose to try the swordfish with plum tomato and basil. You could smell the garlic and olive oil, you could almost feel the breeze from the Mediterranean coast! I tried a slice of the pizza, it’s a New York style. I asked what cheese they use, and they told me it was Grande mozzarella. I believe it’s true Wisconsin cheese, it’s the best you can buy. I was trying to look for a disappointment, and I could not find one. I met the owners and they are truly hardworking people. I have been a chef all of my life, I consider myself a master in the restaurant business. It take a hardworking family man to stand in the restaurant 15 hours a day. They work really hard here to make a good experience here. I read some of the review saying the other reviews here and it bothers me that some people are going after them here I. A bad way. They work so hard here and the food makes you feel like you’re dining at their home. I will go back over and over because I am very pleased. They have a large selection, you cannot try everything at once, though I will try again at my next visit. Overall, it is a very nice place. Vegetarian options: I am not vegetarian though they seem accommodating, all you need to do is ask. Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating, all you need to do is ask. Parking: Lot of spots! Kid-friendliness: Yes, there were a lot of families when I visited.
The seating area in the back of the restaurant is poorly ventilated. It smells like cigarette smoke is coming from the back of the kitchen And the wall color and lighting just feel like an orange cave. Food is mediocre.
One of the staff got confused with our online order and gave us cavatelli with red sauce instead of the Cavateli pasta dish we ordered on their menu. Not really a big deal but the guy was adamant that he didn't make a mistake and we didn't specify sauce when we ordered (had we ordered just pasta it would've forced us to choose a sauce) throughout the interaction even after we showed him the online order description and again when we got the corrected order. They did make the right order for us so they did the right thing but check your ego and maybe reread your menu.
I went to Franco’s the other day and the food was delicious got a pasta dish it was great! I will definitely be back, the serves was also great and very friendly!!! Can’t wait to visit them again and try a new dish they have to offer!
