Today I treated myself to a sundae at a friendly establishment. It had been more than 12 years since I had experienced such warmth and hospitality, something lacking in my current location. I savored every bite of my coffee ice cream, topped with walnuts, extra peanut butter sauce, and whipped cream. It was absolutely delicious. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Friendly's:
The wait was horrible. First, there was no host at the stand for 5 minutes. We had to wait. Was told 15 min wait and we waited the 15 min. And then asked and they said another 15 min. But half the restaurant was empty! The food was good and the manager was very nice and so was our waitress View all feedback.

Perhaps there are more upscale restaurants elsewhere, but on this lovely evening I enjoyed an affordable and delicious dining experience. I ordered a medium-sized burger, while my two friends got a royal waffle cone and a m.
This restaurant serves the best Reese's Pieces sundae with mocha vienna chunk and forbidden chocolate ice cream.

Lack of help and direction by manager.Staff was doing there best to fill orders.I am positive it was a weather related occurrence.As in every Business the Mangers are ultimately to blameSTAFFMANAGEMENT
