The service was excellent! Our waitress was polite, very attentive, and understanding when we mentioned we were in a bit of a hurry to catch a movie. Very disappointing experience. We were seated at 11:45 a.m. but didn’t receive our appetizers until 12:40 p.m. The service was subpar, although the food was decent once it finally arrived. They also ran out of some items from the night before, so options were quite limited. It felt like the staff was unorganized and struggling to get their day started. Eating was good, only slow and less attentive service especially for a slower time. in the last few years we had good performances, but it was maybe just a few people of this layer.

Staff were amazing. It has been a long time since I have received such wonderful service. I highly recommend the Portobello Mushroom Chicken. I swapped the spaghetti for mashed potatoes. Fantastic! Carrot cake was really great too.

Overall, it was a very nice and fun experience with my friend. The service and workers are very nice. The restaurant is very beautiful and gave us a sense of an elegance. The food was also delicious and workers are very understanding when it came to making accommodations. As a first time customer, pretty happy with my experience and would come again.

The wait staff were attentive but not overly. I never like when staff appear in your face. Milestones Markham was a nice blend of knowing when to appear at your table to further serve you. Meals were excellent and hot. There were 4 of us and we all enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be back.
