The food at this restaurant was decent, suitable for a casual night out. The service, however, was exceptional. It was my husband's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, singing happy birthday and surprising him with a complimentary coffee dessert (warm brownies with ice cream, the best!). This unexpected gesture made us feel like VIPs, and for that reason, we are giving this review a 5-star rating. We have already convinced some friends to try the VIP dinner package at this restaurant. Cineplex, we are counting on you to maintain this level of service. Thank you.
