I ordered and stood around for 15 minutes in front of the place and she didn’t even tell me my food was ready. When I finally decided to approach the counter and ask how much longer she hands me a cold bag of food that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. Train your staff to call out orders when they’re ready. Food was cold and bland. View all feedback.
Location doesn’t have ice?! Lukewarm root beer doesn’t taste too good
We ordered a papa burger combo and a beyond meat combo. The papa combo was ok. The patty of the beyond meat was not fresh and was also burnt, you can clearly tell that it was from last night then was reheated to be served. The patty was dry and hard, I was literally gagging on it when I attempted to swallow it. The lettuce on my burger was also somewhat rusty but since I was hungry and at home, I couldn’t return it. I am disappointed and won’t be returning to this location again; this is the first time I’ve been served a burger patty from an A&W location that wasn’t fresh, was bitter and hard. You’d expect at the price point of a combo it would be served fresh.

The Teen burgers combo was ok, I up great the fries with sweet potatoes fries and it's no good. They reheated old sweet potatoes fries instead give fresh ones.
