I called in advance and said there were vegan options. the à la carte menu that I think changes regularly, does not show which dishes were vegan, but they were pointed to me at the arrival. eating was very good and I was amazed to tell about three dessert choices! the donuts were delicious! would go again. Booked here for a meal (17 guys) After the meal I was told off for vaping in a very abrupt manner(no signs up) I was in a separate area so only myself there and when told was apologetic but was followed up with a comment that 's why we have outside the person was only in their 20 's and very unpleasant. Absolutely love this place!!! The manager let us hold our engagement party and he couldn't do enough. All the staff are fab aswell, really friendly. We were allowed to put up all our own decorations and even had disco/party lights on for us. Booze is a great price, and the atmosphere is brilliant. Would highly recommend. ????????????
The George is an amazing place to chill and have a great time with your friends, the staff members are the most lovely people and I would honestly recommend everyone to choose to go to the George if they were going out.
£16.80 for two double gins what a rip off, then a bloke gets served sambuca £2 a shot mmmm sexism
Far to expensive in the George! And not very child friendly through out the day! But can be a goodnight out.
That was probably the best night I’ve had in there. Staff doing a sound job as always whilst under pressure, everyone just mixing with everyone having a good night. Need to do neon nights more often..! Credit to all involved.
