Steak 'n Shake - Marion

No front line staffing, waited a full hour and checked on our order several times....had to complain loudly to get someone to check on it. They threw cold sandwiches and fries in a bag and called it a day. Do better, S&S....we won't be back!

Not bad. I haven't been here for decades. The last time I really didn't like my burger and never went back. I'm glad I did. My grandson Chrisdeon treated me. I didn't like being forced to use their kiosk. We had a very nice grandson/Nana day.

Good smash burger, I don't give this place enough love

It's so cold in here it takes 10 seconds for frys to go from to hot to eat to to cold to eat. Plan to eat fast if u decide eat in. Only way to eat half warm food

This place is absolute trash and it is strictly due to the workers. 2/5/24 @11 pm I went through the drive thru to order something light for me and my family. We got a large fry, birthday cake shake and a vanilla shake. When we got to the window to pay the manager, yes the manager was hanging out the window communicating to another worker on the headset talking about menthol and non menthol cigarettes while not even greeting us or saying a word. He just stuck his hand out, grabbed our phone, it went through and he proceeded to hand our order out. My wife was attempting to get a small water but he shut the window before we could ask. As we drove away we realized her cake shake was tasting spoiled and I confirmed it. That shake was nothing but cake pieces and spoiled milk. My vanilla tasted extra funky also. The fries were our only hope and that was one soggy cold disappointment. I don’t know if morning shift is different but DO NOT COME PAST 4. You will be truly dissapointed. Oh and after all of that mess the MANAGER said he wasn’t authorized to give out a refund so 15 dollars got thrown down the drain. Got put on hold multiple times for nothing we had the food shakes and receipt for nothing.
