Great customer service, ladies always go out the way to be nice, to give compliments, to handle my complicated orders, and once that I wept and they composed my order. I appreciate nice people and good customer service!
The staff definitely helped me find a low fat, low sugar, frappacino and it was delicious. The turkey bacon, protein breakfast sandwich was great!!
I went through the drive-thru and it was super slow the day I went. It was probably a 30 minute wait. I was in no rush so I waited but 30 minutes is a bit much! The lady that served the window was above and beyond sweet and chatted with me as I waited on my drink. They were obviously very busy, but they should hire enough people to deal with the demand.
