Was User at Walmart Supercenter a mag?
Clean store, went in at open for some last minute moving and cleaning supplies before the truck came, and the staff were polite. I do wish at least one register was open, as I had a lot of stuff that would have been easier to scan with a price gun, which the self checkout didn’t have. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Walmart Supercenter:
Called to ask about the limited edition icon blue dualsense that's exclusive to the walmart. Told that it's available on that day. Came and it was told another story. Checked the website the next day and it's sold out. Customer service never fails to fail even after i gave walmart another chance. Will stick to Amazon. View all feedback.

The store was clean, and I arrived right at opening to pick up some last-minute moving and cleaning supplies before the truck arrived. The staff were courteous. However, I wish at least one traditional register was open, as I had many items that would have been easier to price with a price gun, which the self-checkout doesn’t offer.

I called to inquire about the limited edition Icon Blue DualSense that’s exclusive to Walmart and was told it was available that day. However, when I arrived, they said otherwise. The next day, I checked the website and saw it was sold out. Walmart’s customer service continues to disappoint, even after giving them another chance. I’ll be sticking with Amazon from now on.

I stopped by the Walmart Supercenter on my lunch break expecting a quick trip. Finding the pregnancy tests and family planning section was surprisingly difficult—it took several minutes to locate since it wasn’t near the feminine products like in other Walmarts. When I finally found the items, they were locked in a box. I had to track down an employee, who then called for help over the intercom. Nobody showed up for 10 minutes. I spoke to at least four different employees, and none seemed interested in assisting me promptly. This delay ended up doubling my lunch break, costing me more in lost wages than the $2 purchase was worth. No apologies were offered, and there was zero sense of urgency. I’m not sure if Walmart needs to pay their staff better so they care about their jobs and customers or if they just don’t prioritize customer service. Waiting 15 minutes for a $2 item was honestly shocking.
