Although they tend to be inconsistent in quality, the lunch buffet is worth the trip. When the Persian craving comes and I don't want to pay the prices for the Sandy Springs establishments, it gets the job done. I have only eaten their lunch buffet. They could use a dish that they put more effort into making stand out, then for their price it would become a real hit. View all feedback.
I was here for the lunch buffet. I saw all the reviews about service and I did not get that feeling. The server was warm and friendly. I think sometimes Americans do not understand other culture's demeanor. Not all cultures constantly smile like Americans. The food is comforting Persian classics. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Very nice.... Everyone should go there because it is the best in kabobs.i went there with my husband yesterday night and it was sooooooooooo good.the food was so fresh and so yummy.in appetizers we had hummus ,kashk-o-badmjan and shirazi salad, omg all three were so good.so yummy.then we ordered chicken barg, koobideh kabob and khoresh fasenjan, omgggggggggggg the chicken was so tender and so delicious.koobideh kabob was so soft it just melt in your mouth and delish.khorsh was little sweet but when i mixed it wth rice...it was good too.so we really enjoyed it.and the surprising thing is it is not expensive at all.i will definitely go there vey soon.
Great Meal for Little Money!!!. Mediterranean Grill Shish Kabob is the kind of place you might drive by and dismiss, based on their unassuming exterior. We ended up there with friends, because it met the three criteria of the evening:<br/ It's conveniently located near the Big Chicken, in Marietta.<br/ It's inexpensive. <br/ They allow you to bring your own wine, without a corkage fee. (Another nod to saving money! <br/ <br/ The restaurant was having a private party at 9:00 and perhaps because of that, their menu was somewhat limited: no lamb or fish. So ... three out of the four of us, chose the same entree: chicken barg. We agreed it was delicious!!! A nice portion of succulent white meat chicken, delightfully seasoned and grilled. <br/ <br/ Meals are served with perfectly prepared rice, topped with saffron very good and flavorful a basket of pita bread and a shared salad. (The salad was incredibly skimpy for four people but that was my only complaint. We all shared hummus, which tasted good and homemade.<br/ <br/ Usually I read reviews before trying some place new, but I didn't with Medeterranean Grill so we had zero expectations. Sometimes like this time it's worth taking a chance. We will be back!<br/ <br/ October 2011 Addendum: They no longer allow byob they claim it's a permit issue but .... the salads have gotten bigger and the food is still delicious and reasonably priced! Check it out!
LOVE IT!. I go to Shish Kabob at least 2-3 times a month for their Lunch Buffet.. It is SUPER GOOD and always ready to go. Though sometimes it takes them a little while to replenish certain items on the buffet. The staff is always nice and helpful. Anytime I entertain people at my place I go there and get 2 to-go boxes of meat, veggies and Hummus and make a great spread for my friends to enjoy and it is usually under $15.00 to do this.
