Marco's Pizza - Marietta

I arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 on 3/13/2022. The man came out of the kitchen and did not greet me, instead he just stared at me until I told him what I needed. The whole experience was terrible as the employees were rude and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that working in a restaurant can be tough, but as someone who works in customer service myself, I believe it is important to always treat customers with respect. I clearly told him that I had placed two orders for pick up and gave him the names. When he brought out the food, I asked him if the names were labeled on each order so I could differentiate between them. He gave me a blank stare as if I was being foolish. I later realized that he had only given me one of the customer's orders, so I had to go back in and explain to another worker that I needed the second order. Overall, I don't like to complain, but it was frustrating to feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply trying to pick up my orders.

My pizza arrived cold, with the toppings only slightly warm. There was no note or knock with the delivery, which was disappointing as the pizza should have been much hotter, considering it was delivered outside.

I have never encountered any issues at this restaurant. The food is excellent and the customer service is top-notch, whether I am picking up my order or getting it delivered.

A month ago I had ordered pizza for me and my family and it was badly delivered, pizza was crushed and luke warm. tonight my family pizza wanted and so I tried again and young I am am amazed at the turn around. the order was made by woman lucy who had apologized and promised a better service, and my shipper, bree was her name, approached with a smile, a bubbly personality with my commands intact and dampened, and on time! I give this restaurant 5 stars after a 1 star. this load is sure to turn around because he makes me happy? they'll see you soon!

I live in a new neighborhood and my address wasn't showing up on Goolge maps. After a couple of tries, I decided to just call and see if we could find another way to finally try their food. Lucy took my call and suggested that I try a different landmark near our homes and have the driver call once there. Christian took my order over the phone the next day. He was so sweet and accommodating and was very informative in taking my order. Bree was our driver and she went over the top to find us she said it was a breeze'. Excellent experience from the first call to the last encounter during delivery. You've earned ALL of my future pizza business. (BTW, best brownies I've ever had !
