I would give zero stars but it is not possible. We sat down for lunch and we were greeted by a moody waiter... he gave us the menu and left. He never came back. We waited for good 20min. and then we left. But I would like to thank Mlada lipa for leaving us hanging because later we had a fantastic lunch(and service) at the Hotel Arena restaurant. What a find! At first we were sad that the restaurant Stara Lipa was closed, so we went to this one, which is near by, and we were extremely happy with our choice.The staff is amazing, helpful and competent, all the dishes for kids were prepared in the exact way as requested, no mistakes.The food was delicious!We had 2 types of soup, the beef soup was very well accepted by the kids (pasta, pieces of meat and carrot), the horseradish soup was loved by the adults.Kids had a Wienerschnitzel, a success. Adults had different dishes but were so good that I forgot to take pics.Deserts were amazing.I loved the clean toilets with hand cream, deodorant, tampons, pantiliners and so on.Great experience overall and will be back soon! Can highly recommend this restaurant!!

What a great find! Initially disappointed that the Stara Lipa restaurant was closed, we stumbled upon this nearby gem and were thoroughly pleased with our decision. The staff was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and skilled. The children's dishes were prepared exactly as requested, with no errors. The food was delicious! We tried two types of soup - the beef soup was a hit with the kids (with pasta, chunks of meat, and carrots), while the horse soup was a favorite among the adults. The Wienerschnitzel for the children was a hit, and the adult dishes were so good that we forgot to take photos. The desserts were fantastic as well. I especially appreciated the clean restrooms stocked with hand cream, deodorant, tampons, and other amenities. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend this restaurant!
The food at Mlada Lipa is exceptional and the service is very friendly. It was one of the best meals I've had in Slovenia. Great job, Mlada Lipa!
Extremely nice staff, super tasty food, nice prices. A pleasant surprise.
