The manager, a woman of larger build, has been quite unprofessional in her conduct. I've also noticed her mistreating the staff, which is concerning. I believe action should be taken regarding this behavior.

I've lived in this area for over 10 years, and during that time, I've never had a decent, hot, or delicious KFC meal. My experiences here have been consistently disappointing—either the food is too cold, overly salty, or simply not fresh. I won’t be returning to this KFC again. The employees could benefit from a little cheerfulness; a warm greeting and friendly farewell to customers would go a long way. This location definitely needs to re-evaluate its food service in general.

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant! Today, the manager angrily shut the window when I mentioned my concerns, saying that I always have a complaint. If there's an issue, they should fix it! But it seems like the manager sets a poor example. To top it off, when I got home, I found that I received fries instead of corn.

We went tonight through the drive thru....I said one moment and after 2 min the attendant over the speaker got impatient and said something ...We were going to order a family meal and we were deciding on which combo to order, Then I said...hello we are ready and of course she took the time to respond and we ordered a 29 dollar meal and when I got to the window I told the guy about the girl"s attitude and he didn't say anything. They need better training!!!!!!

Only giving one star because there’s no option for no stars. I went there for dinner and knew that I would have to wait for my food which wasn’t a problem. The problem came when I had been waiting approximately 20 minutes instead of the 12 minutes that I was told that it would take to complete my order. I went through the drive thru and eventually went inside to see how much longer it would be. The young man at the register from the drive thru was polite as well as the young lady at the register on the inside. The problem came when the young lady at the register went to the manager about my order and the manager had such a nasty attitude and a very sarcastic response as to how much longer my order would take to be ready. At first I asked for a refund then realizing that since I paid with a debit card that my money would be held up by the bank so I said that I would continue to wait. After reading other reviews I see that other customers have had similar issues regarding the same person and it baffles me that such a big company hasn’t addressed this manager’s rude behavior. I called corporate bright and early this morning and its not something that I take lightly and don’t do this often. However this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY establishment. By the way I am a manager at a retail store and would never treat a customer the way that she treated me.
