The food is very tasty and authentic. The owner Jaswinder is also the person who cooks the food. He said that the secret of the taste is the masala that is made from spices from India. We liked the food so much that we went there two more times during our visit to Marburg. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for authentic Indian food. View all feedback.
What Manisha W doesn't like about Curry Haus:
Loved the Naan it was soft and tasty, Loved the curry but pricey and less in quantity. I ordered Paneer fritters they were tasty but they were so thin it felt like I ate fried gram flour with a hint of paneer/ cottage cheese. Not worth ordering!!! Disappointed. Felt like paneer is cut like cheese slices and dipped in gram floor and fried! Lol.. View all feedback.
So, once started with the food, it was really breathing good, never eaten so good Indian! I like to come back despite the points listed below. Now to the rest, operation and service very good, but the ambience the cleanliness and especially the toilets, JUNGE JUNGE, I have never seen such eclectic and structural toilets in a restaurant. The view into the kitchen was not so great either.
I've been to many Indian restaurants. The Curry House Marburg is not very large from the rooms, but the dishes are very tasty with a very friendly service. If you like Indian cuisine, visit this restaurant in Marburg in any case.
Right small restaurant, which is why the seats are usually located next to the kitchen, next to the toilet, next to the bar, but always at the passage. The facility is more economical. This should not be a disadvantage to the restaurant, because the service is very friendly and professional, the selection of dishes (also much vegetarian and vegan) is good and everything is very tasty. Whether fresh Lassi, Chai or main food. We like to come back here.
A lovely curry with free rice refills. It was seasoned well, warm, and homemade style by 1 guy . He also managed to make it reallllllllllly spicy for me, which was nice. You can see in the picture, he even thoughtfully put a little chilli on top to symbolise it 's spiciness . The ambiance was warm and homely as well. There was unique art on the walls, and the restaurant had a very intimate feel. My one negative remark is that the tables all felt quite crammed together.
Curry Haus is Good Indian Restaurant. Low Price and Delishis Food
